Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

While we’re confident that you’ll just love your purchase from us, if some reason you don’t, then return it within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent out. Please note refunds do not include postage costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the returned item is a result of our error.

As many of our products are sterile, we do no allow the return of products that have been taken out of their original packaging.

Cheyenne tattoo machines are under 1 year warranty. If claimed faulty, they need to be sent to us first. We will ship at our cost the faulty item to Germany to be assessed by technicians at the country of origin, Germany.  Assessment notice will be passed onto the owner stating whether the fault is under warranty or not.  In case the fault is not covered by the warranty, the client is responsible to pay the charges for repair if she/he decides to do so. Cheyenne’s machines are NOT covered under warranty if found contaminated by ink, due to use of  unsealed cartridges. Click HERE for Cheyenne T’s and C’s

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will offer the option of either a replacement or refund – but we must be notified of damages within 3 days of delivery. Once we have been notified, please return the item for the refund to be processed.
